Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, I only offer custom orders to the customers who shop in person in my storefront; Live Breezy Shop & Studio in downtown Driggs, ID. I am working on being able to offer more custom orders online soon!
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days of being placed. If your order is under 1 pound it’ll ship USPS First Class. If it’s over a pound it’ll ship USPS Priority Mail. Either way you’ll be emailed a tracking number.
I want my item ASAP, can you rush shipping?
Unfortunately, no. I am a one woman operation and I can’t offer different shipping speeds at this time. Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days from the time it was placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I now ship worldwide. Additional charges, such as import fees, may be required to pick up your package from your local post office. I have a Canadian shipping option, and an International option. If you live anywhere outside of the US or Canada, please select the international option at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
I don’t accept returns. As a one woman show I don’t have the bandwidth to keep track of and manage returns and refunds at this time. Thanks for your understanding!
Is there anyone else behind the scenes?
It’s just me!
This past winter I had a few ladies working part time on sewing machines, helping to produce all the fleece headwear. (Fleece hats, headbands, and snoid hoods). It was so helpful and fun to have them on board. I had to let them go as I transitioned into having a storefront. I hope to have help with sewing again one day.
Otherwise, I am the sole designer, hand-stitcher, outreach person, shipper, brand developer, & business operator, sotre owner and operator behind Bri Moore Creative/Live Breezy Shop & Studio.
